برعاية السيد محافظ نينوى نجم الجبوري المحترم و بحضور السادة المعاون الاداري رفعت شمو و معاون التخطيط د. رعد العباسي و معاون شؤون المنظمات و النازحين علي كبعو, قام برنامج تكامل و ضمن مشروع تحسين الحكم الرشيد في العراق و بدعم الوكالة الامريكية للتنمية جلسة حوارية لمناقشة نتائج تحليل استبيان اولويات موازنة ٢٠٢٣ لمحافظة نينوى مع المنظمات الشريكة لبرنامج تكامل و قد حضر وفد من الجمعية الهندسية للتطوير و البيئة الجلسة و تم استعراض و مناقشة اهم تطلعات المواطنين لقطاعات صرف الموازنة المقبلة
Under the patronage of Governor of Nineveh Najm Al-Jubouri, and in the presence of the administrative assistant, Rifaat Shammo, and the planning assistant, Dr. Raad Al-Abbasi and the Assistant for Organizations and IDPs Affairs Ali Kaboo, Takamul Program, and within the project to improve good governance in Iraq, with the support of the US Agency for Development, held a dialogue session to discuss the results of the analysis of the 2023 budget priorities questionnaire for Nineveh Governorate with the partner organizations of the Takamul Program. A delegation from the Engineering Association for Development and Environment-EADE attended and during the session, the most important aspirations of citizens for the upcoming budget spending sectors were viewed and discussed.
