تم عقد مؤتمر الحوار الوطني الاول لمؤتمر الاطراف الثامن و العشرون في دبي Cop28 خلال المدة من 30 لغاية 31 اب 2023 في فندق بابل روتنا في بغداد

و كان وفد الجمعية الهندسية للتطوير و البيئة برئاسة الاستاذ ابراهيم خليل مدير العلاقات و المنسق العام وجرى خلال الموتمر مناقشة اهم القضايا ذات التاثيرات المناخية في العراق و تحضير الورقة التفاهمية المزمع طرحها في موتمر دبي من قبل الوفد العراقي و التي تضمنت كل المحاور ذات الاولوية لحلها خلال الموتمر و التنسيق مع كافة الدول الاعضاء في موتمر المناخ العالمي لتحسين الواقع البيئي في العراق

By the sponsorship of the Iraqi Ministry of Environment and with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and in cooperation with the Arab Network for the Environment RAED and the Engineering Society for Development and Environment (EADE),

the first National Dialogue Conference of COP 28 in Dubai was held during the period from 30 to 31 August 2023 at the Babel Rotana Hotel in Baghdad.

The delegation of EADE was headed by Mr. Ibrahim Khalil, manager of Relations and General Coordinator. During the conference, the most important issues with climate impacts in Iraq were discussed and the understanding paper that would be presented by the Iraqi delegation at the Dubai conference was prepared, which included all the priority issues to be resolved during COP28 and in addition to coordinate with all member states of the World Climate Conference to improve the environmental reality in Iraq.
