In 17/12/2019, EADE-Sorouh NGOs a meeting with East Mosul ALP head teachers. 26 head teachers attended and Four representatives from DoE. We explained everything about the back to school project and there were fruitful discussion. They will send us their needs and the number of children who had left the schools. Also they will invite us to the PTA meeting so we can meet stakeholders, Muktars , and community member to support us during the project time.
EADE Organization representative Mr. Ibrahim Khalil participated in the interactive consultation and dialogue session about the involvement of the citizens in the reconstruction projects in Mosul organized by the Canadian Leaders for International Consultancy – CLIC with the cooperation of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terroristic Operations (REFAATO).

The Engineering Association for Development and Environment(EADE) held a preparing session with representatives from Ninawa DoE , UNESCO and Sorouh, During this session EADE and Sorouh had discussed its new project “back to school Project “ . In this project EADE and Its Partner Sorouh will register and enroll 13000 children to ALP schools. Also EADE and Sorouh will distribute 18000 kits, train 50 teachers on Mine Risk, train 125 teachers on PSS and activate 15 PTA sessions.

With the support of the British Council, Al-Ethar Humanitarian Foundation is sponsoring the education network of 30 organizations from 13 Iraqi governorates.
Within the Program for Improving the Quality of Education and Capacity Building in Primary and Secondary Education where the participating organizations received three days of training in Beirut and then to work to improve the quality of education and reduce the 
phenomenon of dropout in schools.
On 27/1/2019 and sponsoring by the Narkal Foundation for the Care of Women and Children, the Director of EADE participated in the training course under the supervision of the project of integration in the city of Mosul to register at the site (lraq_Business news) under the supervision of Mr. Rabah Hassan Ibrahim, the Coordinator of Nineveh for IGPA/TAKAMUL project of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Iraq and to support the organizations technology And professionally to participate in educating the community in the city of Mosul.
